We pack every order with care and intention — because what arrives at your door should feel like a gift to yourself.

Shipping All orders ship via USPS within 5 business days of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email. We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — if you're outside the US, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Returns Because our products are handcrafted and thoughtfully assembled, we're unable to accept returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

This policy applies to all IDYLHOUR products, including individual items like our aromatherapy rollers and candles, as well as care boxes and bundles.
