We pack every order with care and intention — because what arrives at your door should feel like a gift to yourself.

A note on our candles

Every IDYLHOUR candle is hand-poured in small batches right here in Cleveland, Ohio. We make them ourselves — which means they're crafted with real care, and also means they take a little more time than something pulled off a warehouse shelf.

For most orders, your candle ships the same day or the next business day. For larger orders that exceed what we currently have in stock, we'll get to work pouring more. We'd rather make them fresh than compromise on quality — and we'll always reach out if your order needs a little extra time.

Shipping timelines

Aromatherapy rollers: typically ship within 3–5 business days — often sooner.

Candles (most orders): typically ship within 3–5 business days — often sooner.

Larger candle orders: if your order exceeds our current stock, allow 10–14 days. We'll always let you know.

Bundles: typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you always know where it is.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're exploring — if you're outside the US and interested, reach out through our contact page and we'll keep you posted.

Returns

Because our candles and rollers are handcrafted and personal care items, we're unable to accept returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. We mean that.
