Love Your Bod Carebox
We were given the great honor of designing a self-care box for the team at The Underbelly, a yoga app and wellness community co-founded by Jessamyn Stanley and Mary Carr. What we came up with is our Love Your Bod box, a collection of greatest hits and new favorites with a theme that serves as a foundational aspect of our entire self-care philosophy: Your body is your home.
We think the great gift of yoga is the quality time you get with your own body, the way it provokes a conversation between the two of you and the way even a casual yoga practice delivers us the inherent invitation to settle into the loving embrace of our body as a vehicle for this life.
